CITY MAN ARRESTED FOR POSSESSING A BB GUN (11/1/2006) NEW HAVEN – Members of the NHPD Street Interdiction Unit last night arrested an 18-year-old City man for possessing a dangerous weapon. Kajuan Stancil, of 406 Huntington Street, was arrested at approximately 5:20 p.m. after officers observed what appeared to be the handle of a handgun sticking out of Stancil’s pants pocket. Officers seized a black Powerline BB pistol.
